Terroristic Threats

On Thursday, May 11^th, at approximately 11:23 am, deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of South 10^th Street in Wymore for a disturbance.  During the course of the investigation, it was determined that 54-year-old Fabian Rios of Wymore had committed the offense of terroristic threats against a resident at a home on South 10^th.

A deputy and an investigator located Rios asleep in his vehicle in an alley behind the residence and took him into custody without incident.

Rios was booked into the Gage County Detention Center for the felony offense of terroristic threats.
