Domestic Assault Arrest

CASE: 2023-2491           

DETAILS: At approximately 5:17 pm on Saturday, May 27, 2023, Southeast Communications dispatched Gage County Deputies to 6387 W. Birch Road near Clatonia for a domestic disturbance with an armed suspect who had made statements to the emergency dispatcher about “Suicide by Cop”.

With the assistance of the Nebraska State Patrol, Gage County deputies arrested the suspect, 46-year-old Adam R. Hansen of Clatonia, without incident.  Hansen was booked into the Gage County Detention Center and charged with Domestic Assault, Terroristic Threats, Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.
