OFFENSE: Two vehicle fatality accident

DETAILS:

A semi hauling anhydrous ammonia owned by Double H Trucking out of Hutchinson, KS driven by William West 09/16/1960 of Richards MO, was traveling northbound on W.HWY 136 near SW 45th RD when a 2019 Honda Pilot driven by Norman Siebe 08/27/1945 of Lincoln NE, who was stopped at the stop sign on SW 45th RD, pulled on to W. HWY 136 and in front of the semi, causing a collision. The Honda Pilot had two occupants. The passenger Joyce White 03/21/1945 of Lincoln NE, was killed as a result of the accident. The other occupant was flown to Bryan West via Star Care with unknown injuries. The semi driver was uninjured in the accident.

Beatrice Fire and Rescue, Beatrice Rural Fire, Nebraska State Patrol, Star Care, NDOT, Gage County Emergency Management all assisted with the accident.

NSP accident reconstructionist arrived on scene to assist.
