Trespassing

DATE & TIME: 11-06-2021 @ 1927 hours

LOCATION: Chief Standing Bear Trail

On November 6th, 2021, at approximately 1927 hours, deputies from the Gage County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to two males sleeping in their car at the Chief Standing Bear Trail outside of Blue Springs, NE.

 Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that the two males were identified as Richard Bramlage, 73-years-old, and his brother, William Bramlage, 75-years-old, who are both homeless, were sleeping at the trail after hours. These brothers have been on a montage of trespassing at the lakes, rec areas, and trails around Gage County. Deputies have given these brothers numerous warnings to leave the lakes, rec areas, and trails because of citizens becoming concerned of these men lurking around these areas.

Deputies from the Gage County Sheriff’s Office cited Richard and William Bramlage for 2nd degree Criminal Trespassing and removed these brothers from the property.
