On June 15, 2015 the Gage County Sheriff’s Office located statements on a juvenile’s social media site which indicated threats toward local Law Enforcement.
The Gage County Sheriff’s Office located the juvenile in the rural Blue Springs area and determined he was the one who wrote the threats on his page. The juvenile was found to be on probation for two prior terroristic threats he was charged with. The 15 year old juvenile was taken in custody by the Sheriff’s Office for terroristic threats and transported to the Douglas County Juvenile Detention Center where he was lodged.
