OFFENSE: Single Vehicle Injury Accident

DETAILS:

On 03-29-2026 at approximately 0517 Hrs. Beatrice Rual Fire and Rescue, Beatrice Fire and Rescue and the Gage County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a single vehicle rollover accident on SW 117th Rd, south of Hwy 4. An investigation conducted at the scene indicated that a gray 2018 Mazda; driven by 26-year-old Ian Craven-Salts of Wilber; was traveling northbound on SW 117th Rd when it entered the east ditch. The vehicle then struck a field driveway and became airborne. The vehicle landed in the east ditch and then rolled several times before coming to rest on its side, in the northbound lane of travel.

Mr. Craven-Salts was transported from the scene by ground ambulance to Beatrice Community Hospital for what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

This investigation is on going.
