On 12/06/18 at approximately 7:00 PM Gage County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with assistance from the Beatrice Police Dept., executed a search warrant at 1414 N. 11^th St. in Beatrice. The search warrant was part of a burglary investigation being investigated by the Gage County Sheriff’s Office. During the execution of the search warrant, two females and a male were contacted inside and detained. No stolen items were located during the search. The male, Leroy Harper, age 24 of Beatrice, was issued a citation for Possession of Marijuana, Less than 1 oz. and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No arrests were made and the investigation continues.
