On Thursday, May 4^th, 2023 at approximately 11:46 am, deputies from the Gage County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to Odell for a report of a violation of harassment protection order.

A deputy and an investigator responded to Odell and after an investigation, determined probable cause existed to issue criminal citation to 50-year-old Paul Brase of Odell for violating a harassment protection order.

A criminal citation for violating a harassment protection order was issued to Paul Brase with a court date in the County Court of Gage County.
