Felony Warrant Arrest

On Tuesday, 11-22-2016, Kevin E. Marmon, 53, was arrested on a felony warrant issued by the County Court of Gage County, on the third floor of the Gage County Courthouse by deputies assigned to the courthouse security detail. 

The sergeant in charge of courthouse security recognized Kevin E. Marmon and was aware he had an active warrant for two felonies, terroristic threats and the use of a firearm to commit a felony, in Wymore, Nebraska. 

The deputies and an investigator with the sheriff’s office arrested Kevin E. Marmon without incident and he was transported to the Gage County Detention Center.

Kevin E. Marmon, who lives south of Beatrice, was in the courthouse to file a request for a hearing on a protection order that had been issued in relation to the original incident in Wymore.
