DETAILS:

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at approximately 8:17 am the Gage County Sheriffs Office was dispatched to the City of Adams, Nebraska on a rescue call to assist the Adams Fire & Rescue for a male with a gunshot wound.

The patient was transported by Adams Fire & Rescue to the Bryan West Hospital.

There was not and is not a threat to the public.

The incident is still under investigation.
