The Gage County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in the burglary of the Doghouse Bar in Wymore, NE. On the morning of 12/26/24 deputies were dispatched to a burglary at the bar, located at 122 S. 7th St. in Wymore. The investigation determined that the bar had been broken into and cash had been stolen from gaming machines inside the bar. During the investigation, Levi Fralin, age 44 of Beatrice, was developed as a suspect. On February 11th investigators executed a search warrant at Fralin’s residence in Beatrice where they recovered several items believed to have been used to commit the burglary. In addition, investigators also located several stolen credit cards. On March 7th an arrest warrant was issued for Fralin. Fralin was arrested by a Beatrice Police Officer on Tuesday evening (04/29/25) near 13th and Garfield St. in Beatrice following a short foot pursuit. Fralin is facing charges of Burglary, Possession of Burglar’s Tools, Criminal Trespassing, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Possession of 2-3 Financial Transaction Devices.
Following his arrest, Fralin was found in possession of a small amount of suspected methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle. Fralin is now facing additional charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Obstructing Police.
