NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

Notice is hereby given by virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of District Court of Gage County, Nebraska, and in an action indexed at Case #CI 25 232, wherein Collection Associates is the Plaintiff and Jason B Oltman, and those claiming any right, interest in the property described below. 3880 W. Apple Rd Cortland, NE 68331, Gage County, Nebraska, are the Defendants, I will at 10:00 o’clock A.M., on January 28, 2026 at the south front door of the Court House, in the City of Beatrice, Gage County, Nebraska, sell at public auction for cash to the highest bidder the following property to-wit

The South Half (S1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/ 4) of Section Five (5), Township Six (6) North, Range Six (6), East of the 6th P.M., Gage County, Nebraska EXCEPT

A tract of land located on a part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 6 East, of the 6th Principal Meridian, Gage County, Nebraska

to satisfy the liens and encumbrances therein set forth, to satisfy the judgment and costs of this Order of Sale. The property is being sold as is.

The highest bidder will leave with the Clerk of the Sheriff’s Office of Gage County, Nebraska on the day of the sale the full amount of the bid in cash, cashier’s check, or money order except this requirement is waived when the highest bidder is the Plaintiff.
