OFFENSE: 3^rd Degree Domestic Assault, Terroristic Threats, False imprisonment, Child Abuse

On the early evening hours of December 6, 2018, Gage County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a report of an ongoing assault at 410 4^th Street in Virginia, NE. Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Eric Lewien, age 25, for the above charges. Lewien was transported without incident to the Gage County Detention Center.
