Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On Thursday, September 9^th, 2021, at approximately 1:24 pm, a Nebraska State Probation Officer conducted a residence check on 31-year-old Samantha Hockman of Liberty, Nebraska. During the check, Hockman attempted to conceal a device used to administer illegal drugs in her pants.

The probation officer contacted a Gage County Sheriff’s Office investigator for the criminal offense of possession of drug paraphernalia. The item was seized by a Gage County deputy sheriff and Hockman was later issued a criminal citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
