One Vehicle Accident

On 04/28/22 at approximately 1700 hours, Rodney Ebke, 61 years of age, of Jansen, NE, was operating a grain truck eastbound on HWY 136 and was making a turn north onto SW 117 Road. The grain truck contained a large portable fluid container and when Ebke made the turn, the water shifted in the container and caused the grain truck to overturn into the ditch and coming to rest on the driver side.

Seatbelts were in use and alcohol or drugs were not a factor.

Beatrice Fire and Rescue also responded to the accident.
