Injury Accident

On December 23rd, 2021 at approximately 0708 hours, Deputies of the Gage County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle accident on HWY 77 and S 10th RD. The accident investigation revealed that the vehicle was traveling west bound on HWY 77 and the driver lost control just after S 10th RD due to ice on the roadway.

The accident involved a Red Nissan Titan driven by Teresa Barnaba (51) of Wymore Nebraska. Teresa was transported by Wymore Fire & Rescue to the Beatrice Community Hospital where she was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Neither alcohol or drugs are believed to be a factor in this accident.

Speed is not believed to be a factor in the accident.
