Notice is hereby given by virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Gage County, Nebraska, and in an action indexed at Case #CI 21-293, wherein BOARDWALK INVESTORS, is the Plaintiff and DEMPSTER INDUSTRIES LLC,
R. J. SHORTRIDGE, TRUSTEE; SUNNY GREEN LLC, BENEFICIARY; VANDELAY INVESTMENTS LLC, JOHN DOE, and MARY DOE, and all other persons/entities UNKNOWN claiming any right, interest or title in the real estate property described herein are the Defendants, I will at 10:15 o’clock A.M., on February 2, 2022 at the south door of the Court House, in the City of Beatrice, Gage County, Nebraska, sell at public auction for cash to the highest bidder the following property to-wit:
LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2) AND THREE (3), THIRD ADDITION TO SOUTH BEATRICE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BEATRICE, GAGE COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPT THAT PART OF LOT THREE (3) CONVEYED TO THE CHICAGO BURLINGTON AND QUINCY RAILROAD COMPANY AS DESCRIBED IN RIGHT OF WAY DEED RECORDED NOVEMBER 10, 1898 IN BOOK 64, PAGE 540 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, GAGE COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
to satisfy the liens and encumbrances therein set forth, to satisfy the judgment and costs of this Order of Sale. The property is being sold as is.
The highest bidder will leave with the Gage County Sheriff or Chief Deputy on the day of the sale the full amount of the bid in cash, cashier’s check, or money order except this requirement is waived when the highest bidder is the Plaintiff.
